Inspired by a multitude of traditions and practices, this 50-minute session will help anyone reduce physical tension and mental stress. Combining many techniques including meditation, stretching, dynamic movements, proprioception, pressure point release, and self-massage this could be the perfect format for you! Half of the class involves movement while the other half encourages mental tranquility and stillness. Need time for yourself? These sessions are held Monday through Friday from 10 am to 10:50 am.
